《珍惜每一個平安的日子,昔日風華》Those Were The Days 俄文原版
之後,此曲流傳到國外,被一位英國詩人Gene Raskin填上英文歌詞,並正式取名《Those Were the Days》。

Once upon a time there was a tavern1
Where we used to2 raise a glass or two
Remember how we laughed away the hours
And dreamed of all the great things we would do也曾經幻想著自己的未來那些偉大的夢想
Those were the days my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were young and sure to have our way
La la la la la la
La la la la la la
La la la la, la la la la la la la
Then the busy years went rushingby us
We lost our starry notions on the way
If by chance8 I’d see you in the tavern
We'd smile at one another9 and we'd say
Those were the days my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days, oh yes those were the days
La la la la la la
La la la la la la
La la la la, la la la la la la la
Just tonight I stood before the tavern
Nothing seemed the way it used to be
In the glass I saw a strange reflection10
Was that lonely woman really me?
Those were the days my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose

I saw your face and heard you call my name
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same因為在妳我心中

one day at a time翻譯 在 江魔的魔界(Kong Keen Yung 江健勇) Facebook 的最讚貼文
To inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time.
I, take you, XXX, to be my wife (or husband), to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death us do part.

Ideas
靈感
Tip No. 41: You know those quirky little things you do and think? Collect them in a file or on paper. Even if you’re a storyteller, you can use these as details to add depth and distinction to your jokes.
GARY'S FAVORITES
Gary(原作者)的最愛
Tip No. 45: Don’t Hoard Jokes
Don’t worry about “burning” material on a special or album. Hoarding jokes may signal to your brain that you’re out of ideas. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” — Maya Angelou.
Gary’s thoughts on Tip No. 45: This attitude has been crucial to an unprecedented streak of creativity over the last two years. I’ve written four hours of material, which is almost as much as I wrote in my first 23 years of comedy. Most important has been my health, this idea may be second.
Tip No. 62: Look for inspiration everywhere. Paintings, music, poetry, rap, novels, nonfiction, short stories, theater, philosophy, etc. can all provide a spark for creativity. Cross-pollinate your work with broad influences and watch your creativity grow.
Tip No. 63: Write it all down while the coffee is still telling you you’re mighty. Reread after you’ve turned back into Dr. Banner (yes he’s a genius, but not as self-confident in that condition). That buzz is so valuable but needs editing.
GARY'S FAVORITES
Gary(原作者)的最愛
Tip No. 90: After a Good Set, Brainstorm
You just had a great set. Instead of celebrating, use that hour or so after when the synapses are still firing and your confidence is soaring to voice record or write down the ideas that pop up during that especially fertile creative time.
Gary’s thoughts on Tip No. 90: Huge help in making jokes that work longer and coming up with tangents and inspired ideas.
Tip No. 92: Notice where you do your best thinking. The shower? Running? Listening to music? Not listening to music? Driving? Walking? Make sure to put yourself in the places where you’re doing your best thinking as frequently as possible.
Tip No. 132: I think you can limit frustration and discouragement by writing just a page on a new premise before trying it out onstage. See if there’s anything there before you spend a day on a new joke. But if you’re truly excited by the new idea, keep going!
Tip No. 143: Listen to strangers’ conversations. (I tell myself it’s not impolite if they’re being super-loud.) I got “How Dottie is that?” when a supercilious woman named Jodi bragged “How Jodi is that?” “So Jodi,” her friend replied.
我有一次聽到一個名叫Jodi的膚淺女人吹噓"How Jodi is that?",她朋友回覆:"So Jodi",我因此想出了我的 “How Dottie is that?”
Tip No. 157: Need new joke ideas? Be sensitive. If you’re uncomfortable with that word, use “irritable” (or grow up). A lot of good comedy comes from reaction to injustice or discomfort large and small, which requires being hypersensitive to those feelings.
Tip No. 217: “All art is autobiographical. The pearl is the oyster’s autobiography.” — Federico Fellini. Purposefully mine your personal history for your act. Your life is a wellspring. Dig deep.
Federico Fellini
Tip No. 241: Many of your favorite writers include the same themes/subjects/objects/interests repeatedly in their work. Don’t be afraid to return again and again to your passions and obsessions to explore and expound.
Tip No. 285: Explore unusual angles in a joke. Example: Examine things from the POV of a child or an Expert. My man Jimmy P and I still laugh over his “Martian response to high school football practice: Why are the hard-heads (players) taking orders from the small soft-heads (coach)?”
Tip No. 297: One of the miracles of comedy is that you can get redemption for suffering, small and large, by making something funny with it. When you are ready, try to write something funny about your mistakes, setbacks, or even tragedies.
Tip No. 298: Skim your life for the unusual events and activities that you can’t believe you were a part of or that people can’t believe you were a part of. Then write about it! Back row No. 93 MULLET:
Tip No. 310: When it comes to solving the puzzles that are our jokes, draw on every area of knowledge, expertise, and talent. It’s so gratifying to use a fact, a lesson, or a memory from elementary school, high school, or elsewhere to fill in the joke.
Tip No. 311: Some of your best ideas will come to you in the shower. There’s science behind why it happens. Get a shower notepad if you have trouble remembering your ideas. Don’t listen to music. Listen to your thoughts. Ruminate on tonight’s set or a new joke.
Tip No. 313: Try teaching or informing the audience about something through some of your jokes. We love to learn while being entertained and vice versa. You have knowledge? Put it in your act! Just make sure it’s funny.
Tip No. 327: Going home for Thanksgiving? Take copious notes! Your family is unique. Being reminded of the dynamics and adding new memories will be great resources for your act. “Family isn’t a word. It’s a sentence.”
Tip No. 331: There are great stories from our lives that we’re not able to translate into stand-up. Don’t throw them out. Collect those stories in a file for radio and TV and other interview situations.
Tip No. 340: Volunteer! Especially if you don’t have a day job. There are so many opportunities to help. You will do good and have something new to write about. In NYC we have New York Cares. One year we decorated an elementary school for Halloween.
Tip No. 358: I have recently started audio recording all notes sessions (for projects), and next time I pitch jokes with a friend I will record that too. It’s very helpful. You will be surprised at what you forgot when you listen back. Ask permission first.
Tip No. 360: Spending holidays with kids? Pay attention to them. Listen to them. Take note and embrace their curiosity and enthusiasm within your writing. (Also avoid the “kids these days” writing. It’s lazy.) Merry Christmas from your second favorite long-haired Jew.

Japanese Lyrics :
Chinese Lyrics :
English Lyrics :
On the day I started thinking I’d always walked this path all alone,
I realized there had always been “someone” there, no matter the scene…
Though the feeling of these passing days,
Is invisible, like air.
I don’t need a bouquet or a promise;
All our skies are simply connected by many different loves.
As many lives as there are, there are chances to resonate with someone –
In each and every one one of “you” is someone I wish to know.
On the day I started acting tough to protect my weakness,
I noticed “someone” reaching out their hand, even at a time like this…
The sun is rising on this city,
Though the scenery’s changed with the flow of time.
Kindness and love are all right here;
Words that never managed to be communicated are overflowing.
With this memory of you giving me warmth on nights I cried,
Even if I close my eyes, I can see an place where the colors never fade.
No matter how far apart we are, we can believe in one another;
No matter what we lose, our bonds alone will never be shattered.
With just that, our crying faces will smile –
We’re not alone, ’cause everyone is here close by…
I see it so clearly now:
Love shines within that invisible feeling!
I don’t need a bouquet or a promise;
All our skies are simply connected by many different loves.
As many lives as there are, there are chances to resonate with someone –
In each and every one one of “you” is someone I wish to know.
No matter how far apart we are, we can believe in one another;
No matter what we lose, our bonds alone will never be shattered.
With just that, our crying faces will smile –
We’re not alone, ’cause everyone is here close by…

Sun has lowered down
To give the moon its day
I'll never stand in your way
But when I walk with you
You never give me space
All you do is stand in my way
You said you love me so
You'd never let me go
But your words mean so little to me now
Sun has lowered down
To give the moon its day
But I ain't coming home to play
No, I'm not gonna wait for love
That we will never have
Too many songs we didn't sing
Now we're lost for words
I need to feel it hurtin' in my bones
No, you're not gonna give me
Never gonna give me
I need to feel
I need to feel
No, I'm not gonna wait for love
That we will never have
Too many songs we didn't sing
Now we're lost for words
I need to feel
Now the rain has passed
And made the river flow
So many places to go
As time is ticking by
A waste to sit and cry
So I'll be the one to say goodbye
No, I'm not gonna wait for love
That we will never have
Too many songs we didn't sing
Now we're lost for words
I need to feel it hurtin' in my bones
No, you're not gonna give me

Never gonna give me
I need to feel
I need to feel

Different cities, same story
Different fans, same gaze
Different soundtracks recorded over and over
Different tours performed again and again
Numerous rays of light, dazzling alike, all try to pierce through me
Numerous interview outlines, sinister alike, are all filled with traps
Numerous hotel rooms, unsleepable alike, all give me nightmares
Numerous prescriptions, inhibiting alike, all cure only the symptoms
People know me, but no one understands me
People need me, but no one looks at me directly
After receiving different therapies, I’m still not cured
After putting on different masks, I feel more naked
As the loop repeats itself
My soul and body gradually fall out of sync
Different settings, same scenario, different acts
Looking at myself from a distance, I feel more and more apathetic
it’s just like déjà vu
it’s just like déjà vu
When I’m yet again surrounded by unfamiliar people
Flashlights from the paparazzi
Noise of the crowd
skr car brake sounds and shrill screams
man you‘re sick as hell
man you‘re sick as hell
Into the mic someone speaks
man you’re sick as hell
man you‘re sick as hell
Memories flash before my eyes like a teaser of a musical
is it real?
is it real?
My life is predestined like a script already written
is it real?
is it real?
Can't escape my destiny. Is this all a trap?
is it real?
is it real?
When the screen goes upside down
The colors are sucked out; only lines are left
Suddenly, I’m not sure whether I’m chasing my dream or dreaming a dream
It’s like a vivid dream within a dream
Being put on and then knocked off a pedestal; what a standard procedure
Cheering and criticism both disappear as I turn around
I look at the city in the foothills of the mountains while it’s fast asleep
There used to be people and things I cherished, but they’re all gone now
everything fading away
everything fading away
There’s no turning back; all I can do is push the rock uphill
That rock is my guilt
Every night, I feel guilty and ask myself whether I feel regret
For my temporary pleasure
My karmic debts accumulate day after day
There’s no stopping now; I’m like a tragic hero in Greek mythology
I’ll be recognized
But I'll be recognized once I reach the summit
And my tragic story will be remembered, right?
and I’ll never rest
and I’ll never rest
Til I’m higher than Everest
Til I’m higher than Everest
a legend that will never die
a legend that will never die
I’ll never die!
I’ll never die!
As the fame fades
Half of the fans disappear
Interest on the wane
The paparazzi start looking for the next superstar
man your end has come
man your end has come
Someone is reading my diagnosis
man your end has come
man your end has come
Memories flashes before my eyes like comic strips
is it time?
Is it time?
A dream looks the most beautiful the moment it comes true
is it time?
Is it time?
But few talk about the innocence sacrificed
is it time?
is it time?
When the screen rotates
The colors are sucked out; only darkness is left
Suddenly, I’m not sure whether I’m chasing my dream or dreaming a dream
It’s like a vivid dream within a dream
Being put on and then knocked off a pedestal; what a standard procedure
Cheering and criticism both disappear as I turn around
Big rock, big rock
Uphills, uphills
In my dream, someone once promised me freedom
As long as I give up some parts of me
Which parts? The memory is too vague now
The dream always feels ridiculous when I’m awake
But somehow I still hear the voice saying we’ll meet again
With enlightenment and bewilderment, my efforts will culminate in my karmic fruits
Big rock, big rock
Uphills, uphills
